Access to courses is for personal, non-commercial use. Sharing accounts is not allowed.
Payments
Prices are listed in a single currency equivalent. Taxes are included unless stated otherwise.
Refunds
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for eligible courses. Contact support for assistance.
Prohibited Conduct
- Copying or redistributing course content
- Attempting to bypass security measures
- Engaging in abusive behavior
Intellectual Property
All content, including videos, texts, designs, and downloadable materials, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
Any trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed are the property of their respective owners.
User Content
You may submit questions, assignments, or feedback as part of the learning process. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and adapt your content for course improvement and community examples, in accordance with our privacy practices.
You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of your submissions and warrant that your content does not infringe third-party rights.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if we detect violations of these Terms, fraud, or misuse. Upon termination, your right to access the services ceases immediately, and any outstanding fees remain due.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption resulting from the use or inability to use the services.
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction unless superseded by mandatory consumer protection laws. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiations or, if necessary, in competent courts.
